Ms. Erbe has accompanied us very professionally already during the construction period by looking for the right tenants and when we had finished the 2 apartment buildings, all tenants had also moved into their apartments. In the time after that, Mrs. Erbe always knew exactly which apartments were being terminated and looked for replacements, so that we did not have any loss of rent, but there was always full occupancy in the property. She had the best contacts with the property maintenance, the janitor, craftsmen and the official offices of the authorities in Berlin.
